  • Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped with no penalty.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account or by contacting our customer service team.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations are not accepted.
  • For bulk orders or custom packages, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Our refund process is designed to be straightforward and fair:

  • If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Any shipping fees paid for express or premium delivery options are non-refundable once order processing has begun.
  • Store credits and promotional discounts used during the purchase will be returned to your account.

If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the products:

  • You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Perishable dry fruits products must be inspected upon delivery, and any quality issues reported within 48 hours.

We understand that exceptional situations may arise:

  • In case of delivery delays exceeding 7 days beyond the estimated delivery date, customers may request cancellation with a full refund including shipping costs.
  • For subscription orders, cancellation must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date to prevent processing.
  • In the event of product unavailability, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, widespread transportation disruptions) may affect our ability to process cancellations promptly.
